Donta Green is the Executive Director of the Trade Institute of Pittsburgh (TIP), where he leads efforts to equip individuals facing barriers to employment with skills and support for long-term career success. Under his leadership, TIP has expanded its impact as a regional leader in workforce development. Donta serves on multiple boards, including the Homewood-Brushton YMCA and Laurel Highlands Workforce Opportunity Center. He has been honored with numerous awards, including Pittsburgh Magazine’s 40 Under 40, the FBI Director’s Community Leadership Award, and the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh’s Emerging Leader Award in 2025.
