About this speaker
Emily Brown, CEcD, is the Director of Government Funding at the Southwest Pennsylvania Municipal Project Hub. She helps communities identify and pursue federal funding, financing, and tax incentives. Previously, she served as Senior Director at the International Economic Development Council, leading equity- and sustainability-focused grant projects. Emily also worked with Fourth Economy to develop strategic plans across the region. In 2015, she was named one of the top 40 under 40 in Economic Development.
