Dr. J. Howard “Jim” Kucher is a nationally recognized expert in social
entrepreneurship, with a focus on faith-based innovation. He has supported over
100 nonprofits, social enterprises, and congregations in designing sustainable,
mission-driven programs. Jim lectures in Social Entrepreneurship at multiple
institutions, including United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities. His current
work explores how underutilized congregational properties can generate revenue
while deepening community impact.
