Jodi McLaughlin is a dedicated nonprofit professional with more than twenty years of experience in nonprofit administration, fundraising, systems management, and analytics. She first got involved with the Pittsburgh Food Policy Council in 2021 while completing her MPH from Tulane University. Jodi has been involved with the Council’s food justice work, including co-chairing its County Food Justice working group. She joined the Council’s Board of Directors in 2024 and serves as the External Committee Co-chair and on the Finance Committee. Jodi is also the Co-Founder and Executive Director of West View Urban Farm, which donates its harvest to its neighbors and area food pantries.
