Joseph M. Tomaceski is Vice President, Residential Community Lending Manager at First Commonwealth Bank, where he leads initiatives to expand access to homeownership for first-time homebuyers and low-to-moderate income families. With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Joe is recognized for his expertise in first-time homebuyer loan products and Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance Programs. As a Sales Manager to mortgage loan originators in Ohio and Pennsylvania, he also develops training tools and cultivates community partnerships that drive impactful, inclusive lending outcomes. Joe is the recipient of the 2021 Black Excellence in Real Estate Award and a four-time Five Star Mortgage Professional honoree. He holds an MBA from West Virginia University and a BA in History and Philosophy from Duquesne University.
