Kelly Prokop is a Senior Attorney with Regional Housing Legal Services, a statewide non-profit law firm specializing in affordable housing development and advocacy. Kelly represents non-profit developers throughout PA in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and other transactions and also represents a number of community land trusts that create and preserve permanently affordable housing in their communities. Kelly's prior experience includes several years at the Allegheny County Department of Human Services advising the County on HIPAA and related privacy laws, working on projects at the intersection of human services and the criminal legal system, and overseeing the competitive human services contract award process. Kelly has deep non-profit experience, including serving as the Operations Director for Prevention Point Pittsburgh and on a variety of boards.
