About this speaker

Kris Hoff is the Research & Policy Analyst at the National Community Stabilization Trust (NCST), where he focuses on neighborhood dynamics, housing policy, and the rehabilitation of distressed properties. Since joining NCST in 2012, Kris has led research initiatives in cities including Philadelphia, Baltimore, Chicago, Detroit, and St. Louis. His work has been featured in NCST’s Community Impact Briefings, PCRG’s Policy Power Hour, and the 2024 Reclaiming Vacant Properties Conference. He holds a master’s in urban and Regional Planning from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
