Mim Seidel is a forward-thinking professional with extensive experience in sustainable food systems, food security and public health nutrition. Mim has worked collaboratively to enhance participation in the WIC Farmers Market Nutrition Program; transform food purchasing practices at a large food bank; and to promote sustainability-related projects with local businesses.
