Pomaj-Chakmam-Yajalaji, an Aborigine American leader and Advocacy Consultant with Upstream Pittsburgh, leads the Environmental Justice Table. As Minko Chief of Medicine and Land Stewardship/Management, she brings expertise in Indigenous and Constitutional law. Chief Pomaj also serves as a Stormwater Ambassador with PWSA through Grounded Strategies, Liaison for the Negley Run Watershed Task Force, and founder of HAAELP Environmental Law Protectors and IPAA Food Forestry Arts and Culture. Her leadership spans environmental justice, sustainable agriculture, and community empowerment — locally and beyond.
