About this speaker
Ron Hantz is the Executive Director of the Network for Developing Conscious Communities (NDCC), which he founded in 2014. With more than 35 years of experience in community and economic development, Ron has worked across sectors to advance racial equity frameworks and strengthen Black-led community development efforts. Under his leadership, NDCC has become a grassroots voice promoting principle-based practices to regenerate under-resourced Black communities. He leads two major initiatives: the Black CoopNomics Academy and the Ella Baker Women’s Business Center in Baltimore.
