Tamara Emswiler, Senior Program Manager for Neighborhood Allies’ Social Impact Design program, centers the voices of Pittsburgh neighborhoods and ensures that design justice and equity principles are implemented so community needs are placed first. She holds master’s degrees in architecture and urban design from Drury University and Carnegie Mellon University.
