Zachary Marks is Executive Vice President and Head of Real Estate Development at Enterprise Community Development. With more than 18 years of experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, Zach has managed over $2.3 billion in affordable and mixed-income housing development. He previously led the creation of Montgomery County’s Housing Production Fund, and helped establish the Non-Profit Preservation Fund. Zach holds degrees from the University of Richmond, Johns Hopkins University, and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
